The court extended the measure of restraint Nasirova

Nasirov until October to wear an electronic bracelet.

The Solomensky district court of Kiev prolonged suspended the head of the State fiscal service of Ukraine Novel Nasirova a number of obligations, in particular, the wearing of an electronic bracelet.

This decision was made by judge Alexander Bobrovnik Wednesday, August 23.

“The petition of the public Prosecutor, vested with the duties to extend for 60 days, until October 21,” the judge read.

The court ordered Nasirova to arrive at the call of the court and prosecutors, not to travel outside of Kyiv without the permission of the court to surrender their passports to travel abroad.

After the meeting Nasirov, along with his defense left the hall without comment. During the trial, he said that the suspicion is unfounded.

In turn, the Prosecutor Andrei Perov claimed Nasirov may influence witnesses and try to destroy the evidence.
