The Solomensky district court of Kiev refused recovery to the state budget 100 million hryvnia Deposit made for the head of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov.
This definition was announced by the presidency of the meeting the investigating judge.
The judge announced only the operative part of the decision.
The reasoning of the decision will be announced on June 12.
The decision is not appealable.
