Solomensky regional court of Kiev refused satisfaction of the petition of former people’s Deputy Mykola Martynenko about the change of the preventive measure of the obligation not to leave without permission from Kiev and Kiev region, as well as to submit documents for travel abroad.
This was announced by the lawyer, Martynenko Peter Boyko.
“Today was a petition to change the obligations of, restrict freedom of movement. This motion was submitted in connection with the fact that Switzerland is a criminal case where Martynenko was accused, and now the Prosecutor who handled the case, he was accused, as he was dealing with a violation of the law, against it criminal case is already brought,” – said Boyko.
The lawyer said that Martynenko had to leave Ukraine to protect their rights as a victim: “that was the motivation. The Solomensky court refused.”
