The accused in the “gas case” the people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko Lean Valeria was arrested for two months with the possibility of making 10 million bail. The corresponding decision was taken Slominski court of Kiev on Friday, June 16.
During the hearing, the court denied the people’s Deputy Nadezhda Savchenko with the request to take the Lean on bail. Prosecutors had asked for a fast bail of 50 million.
Note, the other seven defendants in the “gas business” remain at liberty without precautions.
Previously Lean had been released from Lukyanivska jail, but he was immediately detained by the special forces of the National anti-corruption Bureau.
