The district administrative court of Kiev today, February 7, began consideration of the claim of the residents of the capital Obolon to the Department of planning and architecture KSCA controversial construction of a shopping and entertainment complex above the metro station “Heroes of Dnepr”.
In the courtroom, the present claimants, their representative and the representative of the third party – limited liability company “elikon LTD”. The representative from the Department of planning and architecture KSCA, which acts as the Respondent on court session was not.
At the meeting, about 10 activists – inhabitants of the capital Obolon, which held up signs calling for the restoration of their rights and demanding to cancel the “town-planning conditions and restrictions” of building a Mall on “Heroes of Dnepr”.
It is noted that while there are judicial proceedings, the construction continues.
