The judge decided that Nasalik can sell zemuchastki and car.
Two plots of land and the car of the Minister of energy and coal industry Igor Nasalik was arrested. The corresponding decision was made by the Kyiv court of Appeals at the request of the businessman, the President of football club Karpaty (Lviv) Peter Damanskogo.
The court of appeal upheld the admission of lawyers of the businessman that Nasalik can sell zemuchastki the vehicle, which can complicate the repayment of the loan in case of adoption of positive decisions for Damanskogo.
The decision is not appealable.
