The court allowed Nasirova to leave the passport for travel abroad

Prosecutors SAP asked the court to oblige Nasirov and Director of the Department of state fiscal service of Ukraine to hand over the passport.

Monday, may 6, the Shevchenkivskiy district court of Kyiv has allowed the ex-the head of SFS of Ukraine Novel Nasirova to leave the passport for travel abroad.

This was reported in the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office.

Prosecutors SAP asked the court to oblige Nasirov and Director of the Department of state fiscal service of Ukraine to surrender their passports to travel abroad. Previously these duties had already conferred on the accused, however, from 2 to 6 may 2019 not acted.

The court dismissed the petition for surrender of passports. Defendants ordered only to appear in the court on call, to report about change of residence and work, to refrain from communicating with witnesses.

March 2, 2017 Roman Nasirov was detained in the hospital of Feofania in the investigation of the “gas business” associated with the people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko.

According to NABU, in the period from may 2015 to March 2016 Nasirov made a series of unfounded and unlawful decisions on the installment payments on rental payment for use of mineral resources involved in the so-called “gas scheme Onishchenko” that caused damage to the state totaling 2,019 billion.
