This is one of the most disgusting (in a good way) short horror films in recent years. If you want to lose weight, review this short film late afternoon – appetite she’ll beat off at least until morning.
The picture is called When Susurrus Stirs, that I venture to translate as “When awakened whisper”. In 2016 the film was riding on various festivals, including collected premiums of at least six such events, including H. P. Lovecraft Fulm Festival (nominated for “best short film”), Final Frame (the Grand Prix), Fright Night (“the shocking short film”).
Removed it’s a miracle Anthony Cozens (Anthony Cousins), first mostly worked as an operator at other masters of the short films, but after such an impressive debut personally, I have great interest I will wait for his new creations. For special make up and effects answered Saddle Ryan (Ryan Schaddelee) – and, damn it, this dude deserve an Oscar.
As for the plot, its on the eponymous story by writer Jeremy Robert Johnson (Jeremy Robert Johnson) from the book “Entropy In Bloom”. In Russian, as far as I know, was not published – well, no matter, because the story itself is not very original. In this case much more important than performance.
