The consumer basket of the state is reviewed rarely.
According to experts, over the year the consumer basket in Ukraine has risen by 15%. Prices are rising faster than inflation, pensions and salaries. Most expensive meat: fat – 67%, pork 47%, beef – 34%, chicken – 32%.
Experts link this increase with the fact that now in Ukraine the lowest livestock of cattle and pigs in all the years of independence.
But not only more expensive meat. The price of dairy products rose by 30% bread 20%. Cheaper only buckwheat: cereal prices dropped by almost a quarter.
