After completion of the qualifying round of the FIFA has divided the 32 participants of the final stage of the world championship on four baskets.
According to the latest version of the FIFA ranking, the first basket was the current world champion Germany, the host nation Russia, and Brazil, Portugal, Argentina, Belgium, Poland and France.

Pot 1: Russia, Germany, Brazil, Portugal, Argentina, Belgium, Poland and France.
Pot 2: Spain, Peru, Switzerland, England, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay and Croatia.
Pot 3: Denmark, Iceland, Costa Rica, Sweden, Tunisia, Egypt, Senegal, Iran
Basket 4: Serbia, Nigeria, Australia, Japan, Morocco, Panama, South Korea, Saudi Arabia.
The draw for the group stage of the final stage of the world championship will be held on December 1 in Moscow.
The 21st world Cup will be held from June 14 to July 15 in 11 cities of Russia (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Saransk, Rostov-on-don, Sochi and Yekaterinburg).
The prize Fund of the championship in Russia will amount to a record in the history of the tournament 400 million dollars that on 12% more than at the world Cup 2014 in Brazil.
