The company Meizu announced the restructuring and separation of three different brand. From now on, one company will include three different divisions – Meizu Blue Charm and Flyme.
The head of the company will remain Juan Zhang (Huang Zhang), also known as Jack Wong (Jack Wong). He will also perform the duties of the Executive Director.
Wong will not only be responsible for all operations of the company, but also oversee the creation of high-end products Meizu.
It is also known that, as before, units of the company will be engaged in the same products. It concerns, in particular, smartphones.
The division of budget smartphones will be in charge of Blue Charm. As for the brand Flyme, he will continue to do a software shell Flyme OS.
