High-rise building was not accidental.
Residential building, part of which collapsed in Odessa the day before, nor was an emergency. About this in comments to journalists said the first Deputy head of Malinovsky RA Catherine Michova.
“Here on the second floor there are four apartments, first floor – non-residential. The collapse happened last night, everything was,” she said.
“With residents who want to, we’ll relocate, who do not want to, so it is, want to relatives… But here we are going to relocate because we will have to dismantle the wall.. and on that time there were residents in the apartments. The house is not an emergency, building construction until 1917. We can’t say what happened, there was no fire, nothing happened,” – said K. Mihova.
As reported in gschs, collapsed exterior walls of a residential building roughly in the area of 10 sq. m. and arch to the inner courtyard of the house on the second floor, were damaged gas pipe and electrical systems. The rescuers noted that there is a threat of further destruction emergency wall.
Rescuers were evacuated from the danger zone via the main stairs 10 residents, and also together with the workers of housing and communal services conducted the analysis of the dam and clearing the passage to the courtyard of the house.
