Deputy Volodymyr Bondarenko proposes to impose a kind of moratorium, while Kiev has no detailed plan of the territory and of the concept of development of Trukhaniv island, as the city authorities still have not figured out what belongs to whom on the Trukhaniv island.
The island was built up by private villas and cottages, and the perpetrators are still not brought to justice for squandering the lands of recreational purpose.
