Deputies of the Odessa city Council announced the “indefinite” break of today’s session due to unrest in the Duma square.
As reports “Duma” with the words of the mayor Gennady Trukhanov, according to the regulations, the session was supposed to start at 10:00 a.m. and continue as long as the agenda is exhausted, however, in connection with the slaughter on the street “it makes sense to extend the suspension of the session for an indefinite period”.
“About that, when the session continues, you will be”, – said the mayor.
Also the mayor said that it has video evidence of the fact that in Odessa on the buses drove the activists of radical organizations. “All data will be sent to the law enforcement bodies will understand, who and why are trying to escalate the situation in the city of Yekaterinburg”, – Trukhanov declared.
After the deputies left the hall broke through the protesters.
Meanwhile, the General Directorate of national police in the Odessa region reports that during today’s riots at the walls of the Odessa city Council on Dumskaya square injured 36 police officers. In fact, the conflict between protesters and law enforcement officers initiated criminal proceedings under part 4 St. 296 criminal code (hooliganism).
