The Chinese side is interested in the Ukrainian market of “green” electricity.
A leading Chinese energy company BJCEC together with international partners analyzes the Ukrainian legislation for the establishment of powerful wind farm in Ukraine.
A meeting was held in the Saee, the press service of the Ministry.
In particular the head of service met with the General Director of the Chinese company GBI Hao Zhang (represents BJCEC), the owner of the project Evroukr wind by David Lewis, representatives of the company and CNTIC of the State innovation financial-credit institution.
“The sides discussed the current in Ukraine the system of “green” tariffs, pegged to the Euro, as well as the opportunity to conclude long-term contracts for clean power”, – stated in the message.
The parties also discussed a new concept for encouraging the implementation of renewable electricity through an auction system.
“The results of the meeting the sides agreed to continue cooperation in the framework of this and other potential” green “projects”, – summed up in the Saee.
