People on the shore called on the Chinese to move faster, not to be under water.
A resident of China managed to run across a makeshift pedestrian bridge to the other side of the river literally seconds before the building collapsed under the pressure of wind and water.
The incident occurred in the city of Wenzao in the South of the country. Locals with the help of rescuers evacuated during bad weather on a bridge from one river Bank to the other.
The last bridge crossed one of the women. When she was in the middle of the bridge, situated on the shore people noticed that the building begins to shift from its Foundation and began to actively encourage Chinese soon to reach land. The woman went on a run and managed to step ashore for a second before the bridge was demolished by the water.
According to the representative of local authorities, a temporary bridge was erected here after previously existing in the city by a concrete bridge was destroyed by flood in July of this year.
