Well-known Russian artist Sergei Elkin in his new cartoon ridiculed the plans of the Russian Federation to ban Facebook.
The corresponding image he posted on his Twitter page.
So, in the cartoon shows a guy sitting on the “Facebook logo”, and the officer with the axe.
