The incident occurred in Pavlograd, in one of the cafes located on the outskirts of the city. It is reported that the driver at high speed lost control and rammed the summer terrace cafe.
In the result of a terrible accident the driver of the vehicle died at the scene.
It is also reported that from a collision with a car killed a visitor café, another one was hospitalized in serious condition.
