The candidate in presidents of Russia, journalist Catherine Gordon recorded the song with the eloquent title, “you Know, Volodya”. The genre of songs she called “romantic trolling”. Video of the song was posted on Youtube.
Gordon never mentions the name of Putin, but guess who dedicated lines is a snap. The candidate sings: “you Know, Volodya, I don’t even mind. But time is running out, and so you go.”
Also in the song reference the annexed Peninsula. “And somewhere in the distant Crimea, which is ours, is not ours, I’ll call it, the people he’ll tell you himself. Dylan and I will sing again, he wants to stay with me, and I smile and say: “Volodya, it’s time to rest”.
“The song will understand a huge part of women who have Vova, who did not realize that it was time to leave,” reads the caption to the video.
Catherine also posted a link to download the song arrangement promising to give anyone free license to the song.
