The Cabinet intends to approve a bill that subsidies need to take income certificate for the previous two quarters, not four.
The Cabinet will prohibit both get benefits at the place of registration and place of actual residence. For the purpose of subsidies in may, income will be considered for the third and fourth quarters, and in October — for the first and second quarters of the year.
The draft decision is not yet approved, but the Cabinet intends to consider it on August 18.
The subsidy to persons with disabilities, on the draft decision, will be appointed at the request of the guardian. Benefits not given to those who have debts for utility services for two months in the amount of 340 hryvnia.
