The Cabinet has allocated an additional UAH 300 million for the “warm” loans

In Ukraine increased the funding for the program “warm” loans.

The government has allocated an additional 300 000 000 UAH on government efficiency program.

This irrevocable help can use 66 000 Ukrainian families.

9,720 mln aid to the population is aimed at the replacement of boilers, 261116000. UAH – for warming homes, 29164000. UAH on energy efficiency measures for condominiums / cooperatives.

After two or three weeks, the program “warm credits” will work in state-owned banks, through which the government provides the population of non-repayable assistance in the modernization of housing.

In just three years, the actions of government energy efficiency programme non-repayable assistance from the state to carry out energy efficient measures in their homes has received 280 000 Ukrainian families. Due to this, people began to arrive in significantly less bills, since the modernization of housing is the only right way to lower a payment for utilities.

Irrecoverable cash public assistance to population of Ukraine is provided through state banks “Oschadbank”, “Ukrgasbank”, JSC “Ukreximbank” and “PrivatBank” in the amount of:

20% non-refundable assistance – to replace gas boilers for the population.

35% – for individuals to implement energy efficient measures (insulation of houses, replacement of metering of water and thermal energy, installation of Windows).

40% for condominiums and housing cooperatives, as legal persons for carrying out the thermo. If such associations subsidiary, such ajoah or HBC will permanently receive a refund of up to 70% funding for carrying out energy efficiency measures.
