To pay for subsidies will have “live” money for the actually consumed services.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved a new mechanism for payment of subsidies, which will correct abuses in the calculations. This was stated on Wednesday, 8 November, Finance Minister Alexander danyluk, commenting on the decision of the government.
“We have the size of subsidies and benefits for housing is growing, it is extremely important to the effective use of these funds. Today we make the decision on transition to new system of payment of subsidies “live” means for actual consumption of services, not on the basis of the calculated subsidies for social norms… This will eliminate all possible abuses in the calculation of subsidies,” – said danyluk.
According to him, the Cabinet approved the introduction from 1 January 2018.
