The brutal beating of a schoolgirl in Chernigov: new details

The Prosecutor’s office reported about suspicion in hooliganism five teenage girls who beat peers in Chernigov.

Chernihiv local Prosecutor’s office reported about suspicion to the 5 minors who beat their peers in Chernihiv in April.

This is stated in the press service of the Prosecutor of the Chernihiv region.

“Now, given the set during pre-trial investigation of the circumstances 5 of a minor is reported about suspicion,” – said in it.

Teenagers who in April beat up three girls in Chernihiv, accused of committing crimes under part 2 of article 286 (hooliganism, accompanied by special impudence and exclusive cynicism) of the Criminal code.

Data about the beating of a schoolgirl by a group of minors were brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on 3 April and qualified under part 1 St. 125 (intentional slight bodily injury) of the Criminal code.

Procedural management in criminal proceedings is carried out by the Chernihiv local Prosecutor’s office.
