Potholes – a problem not only of Ukraine.
Even in wealthy and developed countries like the United Kingdom is a serious problem. Ordinary citizens did not forget to remind the local authorities.
In the English County of Oxfordshire residents of a small town in an original manner drew the attention of the authorities to potholes on the roads. After the next rain, when in the pits there were puddles, they ran to the yellow toy ducks for bath.
The flashmob took about hundreds of rubber toys. A way to remind the road and went to Ukraine. Although, of course, the ducks would have to buy in much larger quantities.
