Assistant Secretary of state for Europe and Eurasia Uess Mitchell declared readiness of Washington to increase the price for Russia for its aggression against Ukraine.
About this, Mitchell said Wednesday, November 15, during a meeting with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Kiev.
During the talks the sides discussed a range of issues of bilateral relations, including support for Ukraine’s efforts to restore its territorial integrity.
“Assistant Secretary of state confirmed the readiness to continue supporting Ukraine’s efforts to restore sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country and, if necessary, to increase the price for Moscow’s continued aggression against the Ukrainian state”, – the press-service of the President.
Mitchell said that the United States will continue to assist Ukraine in its efforts to develop and strengthen the country, as well as to further coordinate efforts to ensure reliable and efficient international support.
