The appeal Committee of the football Federation of Ukraine approved technical defeat “Dinamo” in the match of the seventh round of the Premier League against the “Mariupol”.
Match “Mariupol” – “Dinamo” was to be held on August 27, but Kiev without any guarantees of security refused to come to Mariupol and demanded a postponement of the match on neutral territory.
The control and disciplinary Committee of the FFU has awarded Dynamo a technical failure. Vice-champion of the country appealed today by the appeals Committee of the FFU has upheld the decision of the FTC FFU.
“In favor of this decision were different arguments that are essential, and the bases for satisfaction of the appeal Dinamo we have not seen. The decision of the FTC FFU recognized as legitimate, correct and complete and such that cannot be revised or cancelled”, – said the head of the Appeals Committee of the FFU Taras Gerula.
Dynamo last week tried to get the replay of the match with “Mariupol”, but faced with a resolute denial “of Mariupol”. Not supported “Dynamo”, “Shakhtar” and “Vorskla” and “Veres” in a survey of Premier League clubs took a neutral position.
Earlier “Dinamo” has repeatedly stated that in case of receiving technical defeats for unplayed match with “Mariupol” club will go to the court of arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.
