The airport is seeking new airlines for cooperation and promotion of the interests of passengers.
Director of the airport Rivne Igor Nasinu last Friday held talks with a representative of the airline LOT about the possible launch of flights from Rivne to Poland.
Following negotiations, the company will gather information about potential ridership in Poland, using statistical data on the number of rail transport passengers, vehicles, and the number of tourists.
After that, the data will give LOT of analysis. It is assumed that on the basis of the carrier will decide on the expediency of opening flights.
As noted Chuba, after the completion of the Charter program Bravo Airways from Rivne airport is seeking new airlines to cooperate.
LOT chosen on the basis of the popularity of travel to the cities of Poland from Rivne and neighboring regions, and also due to the presence of regional aircraft, Bombardier Q400 aircraft in its fleet, which can land in Rivne.
At the moment in the airport there are restrictions of the Ministry of transport to accept planes with low located engines of the type Boeing 737 and Embraer 190.
