The aim of the organizers of the rally near the Verkhovna Rada was blood.

The President believes that the protesters did not have mass support, neither Kiev nor the Ukrainians.

The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the main organizers of protest actions under the Verkhovna Rada intended to destabilize the situation in the country.

According to Poroshenko put forward their demands served as a cover for their true goals.

“The main authors showed that formal demands were just a smokescreen. A real plan of their actions is to destabilize the situation in Ukraine”, – quotes Poroshenko Interfax-Ukraine.

According to the President, the organizers needed to change, “they needed blood.”

Poroshenko said that the participants put forward a formal requirements that coincide with the initiatives of the President and part of the anti-corruption proceedings, and in terms of parliamentary immunity.

He also noted that thanks to the effective actions of law enforcement were thwarted attempts to buy a gun, was found hiding places, weapons caches and explosives.
