At the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on national security and defence, which needs to consider projects for the reintegration of Donbass, there is no quorum.

“Good morning! At a meeting of the Committee of national security and defense, which will consider the presidential bill, a quorum is not present”, – is spoken in the message.
According to the Ukrainian Pravda, the meeting, which was scheduled to begin at 9: 30, no Chapter of the BPP Arthur Gerasimov, which is a meeting of BPP fraction, there is Dmitry Yarosh, also no Deputy from the popular front Andrei Teteruk, Yuli Mamchur and Yuri Birch.
“But there is Syroid, Voitsitska, Scrum, Melnychuk and Petrenko. As of 9:58 9 of 19 members of the Committee”, – writes the edition.
The absence of a quorum means that the Committee can only hear and discuss the projects, but cannot make any decisions. It was planned that these projects will attempt to contribute to the agenda and to vote on the first reading on Thursday.
