At night terrorists fired at the office of the special OSCE monitoring mission in the city of Popasnaya of the Luhansk region.
As the press-center of ATO, the attacks were carried out with 82 mm mortars, antiaircraft installations and small arms.
The office staff were evacuated. Victims among employees of the OSCE mission there.
Detailed information about the attack will be published soon on the official website of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine.
