The incident occurred on the evening of June 19, in Karelia on the Ladoga lake during a storm.
Boat with motor, on Board of which were five teenagers aged 15 to 17 years turned over.
Two teenagers in the emergency managed to escape. Three are considered missing.
“They’re learning is not passed, it turns out that they had no right to control this small boat. Minors are not allowed to control boats with motors,” – said the chief specialist of the press service of EMERCOM in the Republic of Karelia Alexey Tkachev.
