The victim on a mobile phone received a message from one of the sites of dealers that he won the car. To clarify all the subtleties to receive the prize it was necessary to contact representatives of the company on the specified mobile number.

During the conversation with the operator was that to get a winning car must go through several stages, and most importantly – to make a certain amount of money to a specified operator account as the tax of car cost.

The young man, believing that “a penny” became the owner of a new car, transferred through the terminal to unknown persons 30 000 hryvnia.

When the guy realized that he was deceived, hurried with the statement in the left Bank the police Department.

On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 190 “Fraud” of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to 3 years.
