Student from Kropiwnicki has created an unusual robot. Video

The inventor showed his robot, which is able to clean up river debris.

Student from Kropiwnicki invented and collected from scrap materials robot, which is able to collect river debris.

Parts to build the robot became a common plastic bottles, fishing nets and a few simple electronic devices, once the robot can collect up to 20 kg of garbage.

“The robot consists of plastic bottles, aluminum, selected for its lightness. Seizure of garbage is engaged in such fishing network, plus the usual trays for sandwiches, plus is the battery located for the electronics”, – said the inventor himself, Ruslan Koptev.

The robot 17-year-old inventor named, Riverone. Interestingly, the most expensive items for the device sensors, GPS and sensors.

“It is controlled by a conventional joystick – that is, even a child can handle him. Here you can watch how the robot is going to the bottle” – showed it.

The robot is able to move in any direction – for this purpose it has propellers on both sides. One charge lasts for five hours of work.

The student provided and the event of a sudden power failure – in this case the robot has Autonomous solar panels.

To create their robot, the student spent two months and about 10 thousand hryvnias.

The guy admitted that he has a big dream: “to Make the ponds, the rivers cleaner. I’m addicted to it, well, that’s my passion.”

Friends of the student willingly supported him during operation: testing the invention he spent together with classmates and teachers of local school programming.

Meanwhile, the locals are also openly celebrate the invention of the student, because for a long time dream of a clean river.

“I believe, extremely helpful. It would be nice if you clean the garbage in order to reclaim our city”, – says a resident of Kropivnitsky Daria Chor.

The inventor himself wants to launch its model in mass production and has estimated that it will cost about a thousand dollars.
