In the village of Sosnovka Makarov district, Kyiv region there was a brutal murder.
The man took the life of 39-year-old fellow villager for jointly earned 500 hryvnia: beaten with an axe and a knife on the head, then strangled.
For three days the lifeless body of a man with multiple stab wounds lying in a closed Dorm room. Neighbors felt a sharp smell of corpses and called the cops. Search and detention of the offender took one hour.
Three convicted 53-year-old friend of the deceased who is reasonably suspected of Commission of this crime, tried to mislead the police. Man provided explanations, but overwhelming evidence pointed to the contrary.
It is established that during alcohol drinking, the villagers do not share 500 hryvnia, which together earned on the construction. Enraged older man grabbed an axe and brutally murdered with a friend. He finished off his knife and choked, then closed the room of the castle and ran away.
The suspect is detained. The question on election to it measures of restraint – detention. Investigators opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 115 (“Premeditated murder”) the Criminal code of Ukraine. The malefactor is threatened by punishment from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
