State of emergency in Lukyanovka jail: there are new details

Battered inmate “tornados” Cold held craniotomy.

Beaten inmate “tornados” Cold is located in the Kiev hospital of ambulance.

Preliminary diagnosis: closed cherepno-a brain trauma, impaired circulation of the brain and abrasions.

Information about the conflict confirmed Oleksandr Savchenko, Deputy head, Lukyanovka jail.

“Between them there was a conflict. One detainee punched the other and he hit the wall. Closed cherepno-a brain. He is now in intensive care”. Savchenko responded affirmatively to the question about the presence of threats to the life of the victim, noting that he “is under observation of doctors.”

According to the source the victim to have had a craniotomy. Upon drawing heavy injuries opened criminal proceedings. If the victim survives, Ilya the Cold can be added to the period of 5 to 8 years. Now the Cold was transferred to solitary confinement.
