Started the main horror competition of Runet – “Baker’s dozen”

On site friendly online magazine DARKER he began the literary contest “a Baker’s dozen of 2017”. This annual event traditionally gathers the best Russian authors of horror and the winners and finalists are regularly published in the paper editions, including in the series “the worst book”.

The competition runs in three stages. At first all the stories are divided into groups, where the unfolding struggle for an exit in the semifinals. The judges are the participants who vote for the “top” system. The best stories from each group will make the semi-finals, where 13 works fall in the finals to the authoritative jury. The timing of the contest:

• submission of works — 13 Oct — 13 Nov
• first round — November 16 — November 26
• second round — November 27 — December 10
• final — 11 December
• results — 24 Dec

In General, if you have at least once participated in BH, then you don’t need the extra time to paint. If not, it’s time to fix it. The competition, opened domestic horror community a lot of new names. For example, one of the leading authors of contemporary dark wave Aleksandr Matyukhin made his debut in the genre just on the “devil’s dozen”.
