In the Kharkiv region detained 61-the summer local who is suspected of causing bodily harm to his neighbor.
The duty of the Lipetsk police Department received a message from 18-year-old resident of the village Kutuzovka. He said that near their households, the man stabbed his 48-year-old father. On the scene left the investigative team. The offence the police has exposed an unemployed 61-year-old neighbor of the victim.
According to the detainee, the men quarreled. Defending his innocence, he used a knife. Now the victim is operated on, his condition doctors assessed as stable heavy.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 121 (deliberate heavy injury) Criminal code of Ukraine which sanction provides imprisonment for the term up to 8 years. The investigation is continuing.
