When we talk about icons of horror, just remember John carpenter, Wes Craven, George Romero, David Cronenberg, Dario Argento, Clive Barker and Stephen king finally. There are other names, big names, but how often in conversations on this topic POPs up Sam Raimi? It seems pretty rare. It just so happened that his personality is associated with comic book blockbuster, and even fantasy, although the horrors man did a lot, and continues to do now.
Horror fans Raimi is known primarily as the Creator of “evil dead” in 1981 and the subsequent trilogy.
