In the County jõgeva County local law enforcement officers received a report about a suspicious car whose driver allegedly was under the influence of drugs and was driving with excessive speed. To stop the car, police had to use “hedgehogs” — a folding metal chain with spikes.
The operation involved four police patrol. After crossing the “hedgehog” with all four wheels, the offender was able to drive only a few miles and stopped, after which he was arrested.
