Monument harshly criticized.
Russian President Vladimir Putin was embarrassing at the opening of the monument to Emperor Alexander III in the occupied Crimea.
So, outdoor, on 18 November, a monument to the king was immediately criticized for distorting historical facts. The main object of criticism became horizontal stele, a relief which depicts the achievements of the era of the Russian autocrat.
