On 3 November the leader of the terrorist organization “DNR” Alexander Zakharchenko has ordered to withdraw the inhabitants of the territory controlled by the crops grown on illegally used land.
This is stated in his “decree”.
“Harvest of agricultural plants and fruit bushes, vines and trees grown on illegally used land plots of state and municipal form of ownership, is the property of the people’s Republic of Donetsk”, – is written there.
It is noted that in the case of “unauthorized disposal harvest”, people are obliged to reimburse the cost of “the Ministry of incomes and fees”.
This “decree” starts to operate “retroactively” and applies to all situations, beginning June 1, 2017. Thus, people will have to transfer the terrorists have long been harvested.
