Secretary of the national security Council and defense Oleksandr Turchynov allowed himself a joke in the spirit of black humor at the presentation of biometric border control.
During the events at the airport “Kiev” (Juliani) Turchinov said that Russian citizens will be checked carefully.
“If the fingerprint scanner suddenly won’t work, the fingers in a plastic bag and where it works well” – he joked.
