The first Vice-Premier of RF Government – Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov explained the reduction in the number of enterprises of small and average business in Russia with their growth and transition of a cohort of large businesses.

“Recently there were reports that the number of SMEs (small and medium enterprises Znak.com) is reduced. Here it is necessary a deeper approach to the issue. Yes, there is a reduction. But do you know why this is happening? Because a number of small and medium-sized businesses are becoming a larger. A number of these over the past year amounted to 3 thousand companies.
