In Chernihiv on the street Bohun pistol seriously wounded the employee of the pawnshop, the police looking for the attacker.
According to the report, the information about the shooting at the pawn shop on the street Bohun came to the police on 24 February in the evening. The place was aimed investigatory-operative group of the police of Chernihiv and GUNP headed leadership, there was directed the police and special forces, colleagues from the prosecution. The Lombard police found the wounded employee of the institution. Having given him first aid, he was sent by ambulance to the hospital.
At survey of a scene it is investigative-task force of experts seized the shell casings from automatic firearms and other evidence. According to preliminary information, from a pawn shop is stolen nothing.
On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 4 of article 187 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (the robbery directed on a taking by property in large or especially large sizes or made by organized group, or connected with causing grievous bodily harm) is punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term from eight till fifteen years with confiscation of property.
