The third is a direct allusion to finally bury the Minsk agreements, hiding behind the statements of the representatives of the so-called Russian terrorist gang of the DNI. The fourth objective is to attempt to stabilize and mobilize its electorate ahead of elections in 2018 – the path of the next wave of the Imperial-Russian radicalization regarding Ukraine, as well as the United States and the European Union as our international partners,” – said Shkiryak.

From this we can judge that the Kremlin is refusing any peaceful settlement of the conflict, Putin is further configured for escalating, for the continuation of active hostilities and outright abuse of all international agreements, first of all – Minsk”, – said the adviser to the interior Minister.
