The court has sentenced a woman.
30-year-old resident of Vladimir convicted of murdering a newborn baby. About it reports a press-service of the RF IC in the region.
She was found guilty of committing a crime under article 106 of the criminal code (“Murder by mother of the newborn child”).
The woman told investigators that on July 16 at their own home gave birth to a boy and then strangled the newborn. She buried her son’s body in his career.
“The investigator of IC of Russia the woman explained what was in a difficult psychological state and fear, hid the pregnancy due to problems in the family, caused by the difficult financial situation, nervous, unstable relations with her husband amid domestic disorder”, – stated in the message.

The court has appointed to the woman punishment in the form of freedom restriction for a period of 3 years. At the request of the court, a woman is obliged within a specified period of time to be at the place of residence from 22 hours to 6 am, not to travel outside place of residence, to report to the authorized bodies and comply with other restrictions related to the execution of a guilty verdict.
