“The results of 2018 the Board of Directors proposes to pay record-high dividends — 16 rubles 61 kopecks per share, giving it 27% of profit under IFRS. In rouble terms this corresponds to a dividend increase of more than 2 times compared to last year”,-said the Chairman of the Board of PJSC “Gazprom” Alexey Miller during the annual meeting of shareholders in St. Petersburg.
“In the future we expect a gradual transition to the payment of dividends at 50% of IFRS net income,” added Miller.
The head of “Gazprom” also said that in 2018, the holding not only set a historical record for deliveries in the far abroad, but also increased its market share to 36.8%.
