Claims against Shakhtar Adriano have emerged in the period before leaving to Milan. In the summer of 2015, the Ukrainian club has allowed the Brazilian to stay at home and negotiate with the “Rosso-Neri” on a personal contract.
After completion of the transaction (Adriano signed with “Milan” the contract for 5 years, and Shakhtar for the transfer main striker got 8 million euros), the miners to deduct from the salaries of Brazilian for skipping workouts.
According to the information portal “Gauchazh”, Adriano failed to seek compensation from Shakhtar for a cut-down final salary. In addition, lawyers for the footballer convinced the court of arbitration for Sport that Shakhtar should compensate Adriano expenses for the flights between Ukraine and Brazil.
Adriano played for Shakhtar from 2008 to 2015. In all the competitions six-time champion of Ukraine scored 128 goals, which is the best result in the club’s history.
Now Luiz Adriano is playing in the Moscow “Spartak” which in last season became the champion of Russia, and now applies for an exit in the playoffs of the Champions League.
