Security service and the military Prosecutor’s office can take away from the “Ukrzaliznytsia” the right to access to state secrets

Law enforcement agencies have already started this procedure

In July the transport of military and strategic purposes that are implemented by the state company “Ukrzaliznytsya” can be suspended. The main reason law enforcement agencies have taken management of the railway monopoly right to access state secrets and special communication.

This can be caused by a risk of “leaking” classified information and granting access to it to employees of UZ, which by law is not entitled to it.
