Patrol police will conduct enhanced measures to comply with traffic rules on the roads.
To ensure public safety over the Easter and may holidays will involve a sufficient number of law enforcement officers, particularly police officers and servicemen of national guard, reported the press service of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine.
“During the celebration of Easter, may holidays, it is very important to prevention, the important work of the police, national guard, bomb experts and organization of services at the border. Serious attention needs to be in Odessa on may 2 and may 8 and 9, it measures a large number of citizens, during which we must do their job no worse than during the elections”, – said the first Deputy Minister of internal Affairs Sergey Spring.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the national police Alexander Fatsevich in the near future it is expected a number of events which require proper attention and coordinated work of law enforcement officers.
In addition, according to Fatsevich, the patrol police will conduct enhanced measures to comply with traffic rules on the roads and will be checking carriers.
In turn, the commander of the National guard Yuriy Alleru noted that the may and Easter holidays “provides for the allocation of personnel in the areas of concentration of efforts to ensure public safety and the protection of public order in the required amount”.
However, the State border service of Ukraine will continue to guard the border at the enhanced option.
“Pro-Russian bikers, prohibited in Ukraine, on the eve of the may 8-9, you can try to enter the territory of our state. Notice that our guards are oriented towards them,” – said the first Deputy Chairman of state frontier service Yury’ko.
He also noted that problems in ensuring the throughput of the border crossing points of entry and exit is not.
In turn, the Chairman of gschs Mykola Chechetkin said that in all regions, actions for strengthening of fire and technogenic safety.
“Carrying out inspections of fire safety for places of worship. Between 27 to may 2 and 9 and 10 personnel will be transferred to the strengthened mode of service – 7 thousand people and 2 thousand units of equipment, including 9 aircrafts are involved on duty”, – he said.
